On arrival, please register at the BMW Tournament Office located at the rear of the clubhouse behind the putting green, where you will receive your scorecard, arrival gifts and information for the day.
A ball specialist from our sponsor Titleist will be on hand to offer advice on the best ball choice for your game.
A light breakfast will be served in the Russell Room. Dress: Golf Attire
08:30-11:00
Practice facilities will be available.
There will be a Trackman dual radar system located on the range to capture your full ball flight from launch to landing, providing data such as Launch Angle, Spin Rate and Hang Time. A Long Drive Competition will take place for golfers who wish to participate.
10:00-11:20
Guests tee off from the 1st & 10th tees of the Marquess Course for an 18-hole Individual Stableford Competition for qualification to the National Final of the BMW Golf Cup International. Two complimentary buggies will be provided for each fourball.
A Nearest the Pin Competition sponsored by Titleist will be held at the 6th hole.
A Longest Drive competition sponsored by Mouton Cadet will be held at the 18th hole.
Refreshments will be served on the course.
From 15:00
Drinks will be available from the Bar and there will be an opportunity to taste a range of Mouton Cadet wines, including the unique Ryder Cup blend produced to commemorate the 2018 matches in Paris.
From 16:00
Lunch will be served in the Russell Room with the Presentation concluding the day at approximately 17:15.
Dress: Smart Casual (no denim)
A Putting Competition sponsored by Titleist will take place on the putting green. Please participate whenever you have time to spare.

Dress Code
Tailored trousers, smart coloured jeans (No Denim), shorts, provided they are tailored and always with ankle length or long socks. Open toed sandals (for men) or trainers are not permitted.
Mobile phones must not be used on the golf course or in the clubhouse.
